Your use of this site is at your own risk.  Neither Iridescence Jewelry nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for the loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the site and the information available on the site or arising our of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on this site.  You hereby waive any and all claims against Iridescence Jewelry and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives and licensors arising out of your use of the service and the site and the information available thereon. 

You must be 18 or over to purchase items online.  All orders are handled on a first come, first served basis due to the individual nature of many handcrafted items.  All orders must be prepaid, including prepayment of shipping.  If the item you want to order was sold but not yet marked on the site, you will receive an option of a store credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.  Confirmation of information or additional details may be needed to process your order.  In the event this is needed, Carri Perani will contact you personally.  All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars.  

The terms stated at the time of your order will be in effect for that order.  Iridescence Jewelry reserves the right to change prices at any time, and to fix or cancel orders with pricing problems due to typographical or other errors on this website.  Iridescence Jewelry also reserves the right to change policies and terms at any time.  

Shipping Information:  Please allow 3 to 5 business days to prepare your order before shipment.  All special orders and custom request orders may take longer based on the complexity of the request.  In the event of a custom request order, Carri Perani will contact you personally to discuss the details so that she can create the piece in a timeliness manner.  You will receive an email informing you as to when the order has been shipped so that you know when to expect it.

All purchases are shipped with insurance through the United States Postal Service as Proiroty Mail at a flat rate.  U.S. Postal Service Express Mail can be arranged for an additional charge.  UPS or FedEx shipping can also be arranged for an additional charge.  Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Privacy:  Iridescence Jewelry will NEVER sell, lease, share, distribute, or rent any personal information given.  All personal information is held in strict confidence and is used only to process orders and related legitimate business between the customer and Iridescence Jewelry, or as required by law. 

Satisfaction Guarantee:  Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or you can return your items for a full refund or online store credit.  Please note that special orders, made to order, or custom orders may only be returned for online store credit or exchange.

Returns and Refunds:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Carri Perani at carri@iridescencejewelry.com immediately to notify the expectancy of the return so that you can receive a return authorization.  All returned items must be in original condition and postmarked within 10 days of receipt.  Regular stock items will be refunded when returned according to these terms.  Special orders, made to order, and custom orders may be exchanged for online store credit.  Please insure your returns in case of loss or damage in shipping, as Iridescence Jewelry will not refund or exchange items that are not received in the condition they were sold.  Refunds cannot be made for items returned more than 10 days after you receive the item or if you do not contact Carri to approve the return.  In these events, you may receive online store credit valid for any item currently available at Iridescence Jewelry depending on the situation.  Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Damaged in Shipping:  If your item(s) arrive in damaged condition, save ALL the boxes and packaging materials, as well as the items.  Contact Carri Perani immediately and you will be assisted in rectifying the order.  You must save all packing materials in the event that a postal or insurance inspector needs to see the package for insurance purposes. All items will be insured through the United States Postal Service.   

Handmade Jewelry Guarantee:  Iridescence Jewelry guarantees the handcrafted jewelry to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  If your handcrafted jewelry breaks in the course of normal wear, Iridescence Jewelry will repair or replace it, free.  As with all fine jewelry, normal wear does not include swimming, bathing, housework, sports, strenuous activity, chewed on, run over, stomped on, chemical contact, and other unsuitable environments for fine jewelry.  Iridescence Jewelry will repair or replace items at discretion, depending on the feasibility of the two options.  If your jewelry does get damaged in the course of "abnormal" wear, Iridescence Jewelry will gladly fix or replace it for a reasonable repair fee.

Special Orders, Made to Order, and Custom Order Items:  Special Orders, Made to Order, and Custom Orders items, depending on the request and complexity, can take an additional 10 to 20 days to create and ship.  If you place an order for both regular stock items and a custom item, your order will be shipped when ALL items are completed.  If your time frame does not allow this, please let Carri Perani know and she will do her best to get it to you when you need it.  All special orders, made to order, and custom order itmes must be prepaid and are non-refundable, although if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item for online store credit.

Payment Method:  Currently Iridescence Jewelry accepts Cashiers Checks and Money Orders by mail. The business address can be requested through email or by telephone.  Simply use the shopping cart to create a printable order form to mail with your payment.  We also now accept all major Credit Cards through Paypal. 

Cancellation Policy:  Iridescence Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.  Refunds will be given for any orders so cancelled. 

Handling:  Iridescence Jewelry does not impose any handling charges at this time.

Sales Tax:  6% Sales Tax will be added to all orders placed in the state of West Virginia.
